Face it, those big-box globo gyms are boring. Spending 30 minutes a day running on a treadmill, or doing endless curls in a mirror will only get you so far in your fitness journey. It's time for a change of pace.

646 WEIGHTLIFTING GYM is dedicated to teaching you how to train in an effective way that is appropriate to your fitness level. Your 646 journey begins with a free assessment that helps us align your goals with the right training program for you. From there you will move through classes and programs that help you increase your fitness level and reach your goals.


STEP 1.
ATTEND A FREE INTRO SESSION

Before joining the 646 Weightlifting Gym, we'd like you to come in for a free consultation before you commit to us. This way you’ll know which program is right for you and when the right time is to get started.

During your 1-hour intro session we will talk to you about your fitness goals, walk you through our programs and have you complete an introductory assessment workout. By the end, we’re confident you’ll know whether or not 646 Weightlifting Gym is the right place for you. When you’re ready to join, we'll match you up with the program that best suits your needs and goals and get you set up with the membership.

STEP 2.
LEARN THE FOUNDATIONS THROUGH ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

For those joining 646 Weightlifting Gym, we will start you out with a series of personal one-hour training sessions we call “646 Foundations” These are one-on-one sessions that will take you teach you the movements and lifts in our programs. They will help get you physically prepared to enter group training and avoid any injuries that may occur from jumping into our programs too fast. These sessions are necessary for your safety and also to ensure you never feel overwhelmed or underprepared.

In some cases, those with CrossFit, other cross-training or olympic weightlifting experience can forgo some or all Foundations sessions. Please contact us to discuss.


STEP 3.
START GROUP TRAINING

Once your 646 Foundation sessions are complete and you’re comfortable, you’ll join the group training classes. These instructor-led classes will have you training with like-minded people who are on a similar fitness level as yourself.
