Our 8-Week Complex & Technical program is designed for intermediate/advanced athletes looking to improve their technique in the snatch and clean & jerk.
Program Features
This program will focus on Olympic Weightlifting complexes:
beginning with 4 weeks of volume and positional training;
leading into 3 weeks of “on-the-minute” sets to improve consistency and technique; and
ending with max-out attempts in the snatch and clean & jerk!
