Our 8-Week Volume & Intensity program is designed for intermediate/advanced athletes looking to increase their numbers in the snatch and clean & jerk.
Program Features
This program is an 8-week mesocycle divided into two 4-week microcycles:
beginning with a volume phase designed to build consistency in your lifts and leg strength; and
ending with a realization phase designed with high percentages to gear towards heavier lifts and max-out days.
